Self-locking nuts (2) (item 88, WP 0175 00)
Semitrailer fuel tank drained (refer to WP 0007 00)
Self-locking nuts (16) (item 92, WP 0175 00)
Negative terminal disconnected from battery (refer
to WP 0007 00)
R and P valves removed (refer to WP 0129 00)
Volumetric meters removed (refer to WP 0127 00)
REMOVAL
Hose Reel
NOTE
There are two 1-1/4-inch hose reel assemblies and
they are both replaced the same way. This procedure
replaces one hose reel assembly.
1.
Remove and disconnect hose from hose reel.
2.
Remove two nuts (1) washers (2), lockwashers (3), and tensioner (5) from hose reel frame (4).
Discard lockwashers.
