14. Install retaining strap (21), previously removed, on tube canister bracket (170) and hose reel

housing (25) with two flat washers (163), J-bolt (22), and self-locking nut (165).

15. Install retaining strap (24), previously removed, on tube canister bracket (171) and hose reel

housing (25) with two flat washers (163), J-bolt (23), and self-locking nut (165).

16. Install three retaining straps (26), previously removed, on three tube canister brackets (164) and

fender (28) with six flat washers (163), three J-bolts (27), three self-locking nuts (165). Do not

fully tighten hardware.
