9. Install retaining strap (12), previously removed, on tube canister bracket (172) and engine
compartment (13) with two flat washers (163), capscrew (162), and self-locking nut (165).
Torque self-locking nut to 30-35 lb-ft (41-48 Nm).
10. Install two retaining straps (14), previously removed, on two tube canister brackets (172) and
fender (15) with two flat washers (163), capscrew (162), and self-locking nut (165). Torque
self-locking nut to 30-35 lb-ft (41-48 Nm).
