INITIAL INSTALLATION (continued)
6. Install front placard support (8) on front of semitrailer with four flat washers (163), two
capscrews (9), and two self-locking nuts (165). Torque self-locking nuts
to 30-35 lb-ft (41-48 Nm).
7. Install hazardous materials placard bracket (7) on front placard support (8) with four flat
washers (163), two capscrews (9), and two self-locking nuts (165). Torque self-locking nuts
to 30-35 lb-ft (41-48 Nm).
8. Install electrical conduit (11) on semitrailer with three universal conduit clips (10) and three
thread forming nuts (6).
