Install Blackout Switch.
a.
Install blackout switch (79) and secure with two nuts (80), washer (81), and key washer (82).
b.
Refer to table 5-1 and connect wires as tagged to blackout switch (79). Remove tags.
5.
Install Battle Override Switch.
a.
Install battle override switch (74) and secure with two nuts (75), washer (76), guard (77), and key washer (78).
b.
Refer to table 5-1 and connect wires as tagged to battle override switch (74). Remove tags.
6.
Install Over Current Reset Switch.
a.
Install current reset witch (70) and secure with two nuts (71), washer (72), and key washer (73).
b.
Refer to table 5-1 and connect wires as tagged to over current reset switch (70). Remove tags.
7.
Install Overcurrent indicator and Out of Phase indicator.
a.
Install front piece of indicator (68) thru front panel.
b.
From the rear of the panel attach the back piece of the indicator (68) and rotate the quick release lever (69) locking
the two pieces.
c.
Refer to table 5-1 and connect wires as tagged to overcurrent indicator or out of phase indicator (68). Remove tags.
8.
Install Blackout Relay.
a.
Install socket (63) and secure with two screws (64), four washers (65), two lockwashers (66), and nuts (67).
b.
Refer to table 5-1 and connect wires as tagged to socket (63).
c.
Install blackout relay (62) into socket (63) and secure with retainer clip (61).
9.
Install Phase Monitor.
a.
Install socket (56) and secure with two screws (57), four washers (58), two lockwashers (59), and nuts (60).
b.
Refer to table 5-1 and connect wires as tagged to socket (56).
c.
Install phase monitor (55) into socket (56) and secure with hold down clamp (54). Remove tags.
10. Install Lab A hourmeter and Lab B hourmeter.
a.
Install Lab A hourmeter or Lab B hourmeter (49) and secure with two screws (50), four washers (51), two
lockwashers (52), and nuts (53).
b.
Refer to table 5-1 and connect wires as tagged to Lab A hourmeter or Lab B hourmeter (49). Remove tags.
11. Remove Lab A ON/OFF pushbutton switch and Lab B ON/OFF pushbutton switch.
a.
Install front piece of ON/OFF pushbutton switch (47) thru front panel.
b.
From the rear of the panel attach the back piece of ON/OFF pushbutton switch (47) and rotate the quick release
lever (48) locking the two pieces.
c.
Refer to table 5-1 and connect wires as tagged to Lab A ON/OFF pushbutton switch or Lab B ON/OFF pushbutton
switch (47). Remove tags.
12. Install connector J1 and J2.
a.
Install connector J1 or J2 (42) and secure with four screws (43), eight washers (44), four lockwashers (45), and
nuts (46).
b.
Refer to table 5-1 and connect wires as tagged to connector J1 or J2 (42). Remove tags.
13. Install GND terminal post.
a.
Install GND terminal post (38) and secure with two washers (40), and lockwasher (41), and nut (39).
