9. Install pipes (20) and (23) on brackets (12) with two U-bolts (27), four new flat washers (163),

and four new self-locking nuts (165).

10. Install hazardous materials placard bracket (29) on pipe (23) with U-bolt (28), two new

flat washers (163), and two new self-locking nuts (165).
