13. Position front panel B (17) on engine housing. Do not fully tighten hardware.

14. Position front panel A (21) on front panel B (17). Align front panel A (21) with holes in front

panel B (17) and install with six capscrews (20), two lockwashers (7), two flat washers (3), eight

flat washers (3), four capscrews (9), and four self-locking nuts (2). Do not fully tighten hardware.

15. Position front panel D (22) on front panel B (17). Align holes of front panel D (22) with holes in

front panel B (17) and install with ten flat washers (3), five capscrews (9) and five self-locking

nuts (2). Do not fully tighten hardware.
