NOTE

Vent tube brackets may be attached to fender using three or four capscrews.

5. Install two brackets (12) on semitrailer with sixteen flat washers (144), eight capscrews (143),

and eight new self-locking nuts (146). Torque self-locking nuts to 30-35 lb-ft (41-48 Nm).

6. Insert ground rod (13) into ground rod storage tube (14) and secure with retaining pin (15).

7. Install cross assembly (24), with pipe (23) attached, on semitrailer with seal (17), split-pipe

coupling (26), two capscrews (16) and two nuts (25).

8. Install pipe (20) on cross assembly (24) with seal (18), split-pipe coupling (21), two capscrews

(19), and two nuts (22).
