15.
Install three retaining straps (21), previously removed, on three tube canister brackets (145)
and fender (23) with six flat washers (144), three J-bolts (22), three self-locking nuts (146).
Do not fully tighten hardware.
16.
Insert ground rod storage tube (25), previously removed, through three mounting brackets
(145) and install with two U-bolts (24), previously removed, four flat washers (144), and four
self-locking nuts (146). Torque self-locking nuts to 30-35 lb-ft (41-48 Nm).
