DOOR ASSEMBLY REPLACEMENT - CONTINUED

REMOVAL
1.
If installing new door assembly (8), remove outside mirror from door assembly and set aside. For the M915A1P1, refer
to TM 9-2320-283-20. For the M915P1, M916P1, M917P1, and M920P1, refer to TM 9-2320-273-20.
2.
Remove two bolts (2), lockwashers (3), washers (4), and grab handle (1) from inside of cab. Discard lockwashers.
WARNING
Use extreme caution when handling heavy parts. Provide adequate support and use assistance during proce-
dure. Ensure that any lifting device used is in good condition and of suitable load capacity. Keep clear of
heavy parts supported only by lifting device. Failure to follow this warning may cause injury or death to per-
sonnel.
3.
Attach lifting device to door assembly (8).
4.
Remove eight bolts (5), lockwashers (6), and washers (7) from top and bottom of door assembly (8). Discard lockwash-
ers.
5.
Remove eight bolts (12), lockwashers (13), and washers (14) from front of door assembly (8). Discard lockwashers.
6.
Remove eight bolts (9), lockwashers (10), washers (11), and door assembly (8) from vehicle. Discard lockwashers.
7.
Remove lifting device from door assembly (8).
