OPERATION UNDER UNUSUAL CONDITIONS
For the M915A1P1, refer to TM 9-2320-283-10. For the M915P1, M916P1, M917P1, and M920P1, refer to TM 9-
2320-273-10.
Read and follow the procedures in Operation Under Unusual Conditions before operating the vehicle with Crew Protec-
tion Kit installed.
ESCAPE HATCH OPERATION

1.
Pull escape hatch latch (5).
2.
Pull grab handle (2) and slide escape hatch (1) towards passenger side of vehicle.
NOTE
Escape hatch latch will engage when escape hatch is moved to full open position.
3.
Release rear window latch (3) and slide rear window (4) towards passenger side of vehicle.

NOTE
Pins (6) can be removed from inside of cab once rear window is open.
4.
Remove two pins (6) from rear window grate (7) on driver's side.
5.
Exit vehicle through rear window.
