HOSE REEL CABINET REPLACEMENT--Continued

6.
Remove four self-locking nuts (30), eight washers (31), four bolts (32), and piping frame (10) from
cabinet (5). Discard self-locking nuts.
7.
Remove 6 self-locking nuts (22), 12 washers (23), 6 bolts (24), and 2 brackets (25) from cabinet
(5). Discard self-locking nuts.
8.
Remove 8 self-locking nuts (26), 16 washers (27), 8 bolts (28), and bracket (29) from cabinet (5).
Discard self-locking nuts.
INSTALLATION
NOTE
Position forklift under cabinet to support weight of
cabinet during installation procedure.
1.
Install bracket (29), 8 bolts (28), 16 washers (27), and 8 new self-locking nuts (26) to cabinet (5).
2.
Install 2 brackets (25), 6 bolts (24), 12 washers (23), and 6 new self-locking nuts (22) to cabinet (5).
3.
Install piping frame (10), four bolts (32), eight washers (31), and four new self-locking nuts (30) to
cabinet (5).
