INTERVEHICULAR WIRING HARNESSES MAINTENANCE--Continued

INSPECTION
Inspect wiring harness for cracked or missing insulation, frayed or exposed wires, and loose or damaged
connectors. If any of these conditions exist, repair per WP 0065 00.
INSTALLATION
1.
Install 12-way intervehicular wiring harness (24), four bolts (23), washers (22), and new self-locking
nuts (21) to cover (8).
2.
Install 7-way intervehicular wiring harness (20), two bolts (19), four washers (18), and two new self-
locking nuts (17) to hatch cover (8).
3.
Connect wire (15) to grounding strip (16).
4.
Connect wire (14) to grounding strip (16).
5.
Connect seven wires (13) to lower terminal strip (11).
6.
Connect six wires (12) to lower terminal strip (11).
7.
Connect four wires (9) to upper terminal strip (10).
