b. Installation.
1.
Install spare tire carrier (1), six new locknuts (4), was hers (5), and hex bolts (6).
NOTE
The spare tire is installed with the outside of the wheel on top
(convex up).
2.
Install spare tire bolt hook (7), washer (3), wing nut (2), to spare tire carrier (1).
c.
Follow -On Tasks.
1.
Check tire pressure for 115 psi (793 kPa).
2.
Insure spare tire is secured in carrier.
3.
Connect semitrailer to prime mover.
4.
Raise landing legs.
5.
Remove and store chocks and ground boards.
