Install INITIAL SET-UP Tools Required General Mechanics Tool Kit, (Appendix B, Section III, Item 1) Portable Electric Drill, (Appendix B, Section III, Item 2) Twist Drill Set, (Appendix B, Section III, Item 2) Materials/Parts Required Lockwashers, (12) General Safety Instructions WARNING ELECTRICAL SHOCK Before performing any  maintenance actions on electrical equipment, ensure  all electrical power has been turned off.  Failure to comply with this warning may result in serious injury or death. REMOVE Remove Ramsbottom, Controller, and Brackets.  See Figure 4-66. a. Open cabinet D to gain access to hardware. b. Remove four screws (1), washers (2), lockwashers (3), nuts (4), securing controller (5) and brackets (6) to streetside countertop.  Discard lockwashers. c. Remove four screws (7) and two brackets (6) from controller (5). d. Remove eight screws (8), lockwashers (9), and washers (10) securing ramsbottom (11) to fume hood.  Discard lockwashers. e. Remove four screws (12) and base plate (13) from ramsbottom (11). f. Tag and disconnect electrical wiring and conduit (14) from ramsbottom (11). g. Tag and disconnect wiring from controller (5) to ramsbottom (11). INSTALL Install Ramsbottom, Controller, and Brackets.  See Figure 4-66. a. Connect wiring as tagged from controller (5) to ramsbottom (11). b. Connect electrical wiring as tagged and conduit  (14) to ramsbottom (11). c. Install base plate (13) to ramsbottom (11) and secure with four screws (12). d. Install ramsbottom (11) and secure with eight screws (8), lockwashers (9), and washers (10). e. Install two brackets (6) to controller (5) and secure each bracket with two screws (7). f. Install controller (5) and secure with four screws (1), washers (2), lockwashers (3), and nuts (4).
