4-48. EVAPORATION LOSS BATH.
This task consists of:

WARNING
ELECTRICAL SHOCK
Before performing any maintenance actions on electrical equipment, ensure all
electrical power has been turned off. Failure to comply with this warning may
result in serious injury or death.
REMOVE
Remove Evaporation Loss Bath. See Figure 4-42.
a.
At Main Power Panel, place circuit breaker A1CB16 to OFF.
b.
Open cabinets S and T to gain access to hardware.
c.
Unplug evaporation loss (1) from receptacle.
d.
Remove four screws (2), lockwashers (3), washers (4), and nuts (5). Discard lockwashers.
e.
Disconnect drain fitting (6) from side of evaporation loss bath (1).
f.
Remove four screws (7) securing evaporation loss bath (1) to collar (8).
g.
Remove evaporation loss bath (1) and collar (8) from cabinet.
h.
Remove six screws (9), lockwashers (10), washers (11), and base (12) from cabinet. Discard lockwashers.
i.
Remove six screws (13), washers (14) lockwashers (15), three nuts (16), and two angles (17). Discard lockwashers.
INSTALL
Install Evaporation Loss Bath. See Figure 4-42.
a.
Install two angles (17) and secure with six screws (13), washers (14) lockwashers (15), and three nuts (16).
b.
Install base (12) into cabinet and secure with six screws (9), lockwashers (10), and washers (11).
c.
Install evaporation loss bath (1) and collar (8) into cabinet and secure collar to evaporation loss bath with four
screws (7).
d.
Connect drain fitting (6) to side of evaporation loss bath (1).
d.
Secure evaporation loss bath (1) with four screws (2), lockwashers (3), washers (4), and nuts (5).
e.
Plug evaporation loss (1) into receptacle.
f.
At Main Power Panel, place circuit breaker A1CB16 to ON.
g.
Turn evaporation loss bath (1) on and check operation.
