TM 10-6640-239-13 4-104 4-44.    DISTILLATION TEST APPARATUS. This task consists of: a. Remove b. Install INIT IAL SET-UP Tools Required General Mechanics Tool Kit, (Appendix B, Section III, Item 1) Materials/Parts Required Lockwashers, (8) Personnel Required Two (2) General Safety Instructions WARNING ELECTRICAL SHOCK Before performing any  maintenance actions on electrical equipment, ensure  all electrical power has been turned off.  Failure to comply with this warning may result in serious injury or death. REMOVE Remove Distillation Test Apparatus.  See Figure 4-38. a. Unplug distillation test apparatus (1) from wall receptacle. WARNING Serious injury to personnel or damage to equipment may occur unless two or more personnel are used to remove Distillation Test Apparatus because of weight. b. Remove four screws (2), washers (3), lockwashers (4), nuts (5), and distillation test apparatus (1) with plate (6) from curbside countertop.  Discard lockwashers. c. Carefully remove rear side panels (7). d. Remove four screws (8), lockwashers (9), washers (10), clamps (11), and plate (6) from distillation test apparatus (1).  Discard lockwashers. INSTALL Install Distillation Test Apparatus.  See Figure 4-38. a. Install plate (6) to distillation test apparatus (1) and secure with four screws (8), lockwashers (9), washers (10), and clamps (11).  Install rear side panels (7). WARNING Serious injury to personnel or damage to equipment may occur unless two or more personnel are used to install Distillation Test Apparatus because of weight. b. Install distillation test apparatus (1) to curbside countertop and secure with four screws (2), washers (3), lockwashers (4), and nuts (5). c. Plug in distillation test apparatus (1) and verify operation.
