TM 10-6640-239-13 4-102 4-43.    KINEMATIC VISCOSITY BATH. This task consists of: a. Remove b. Install INITIAL SET-UP Tools Required General Mechanics Tool Kit, (Appendix B, Section III, Item 1) Materials/Parts Required Lockwashers, (10) Personnel Required Two (2) General Safety Instructions WARNING ELECTRICAL SHOCK Before performing any  maintenance actions on electrical equipment, ensure  all electrical power has been turned off.  Failure to comply with this warning may result in serious injury or death. REMOVE Remove Kinematic Viscosity Bath.  See Figure 4-37. a. Unplug viscosity bath (1) from wall receptacle. WARNING Serious injury to personnel or damage to equipment may occur unless two or more personnel are used to remove Kinematic Viscosity Bath because of weight. b. Remove drawers J1 and K1 to gain access to hardware. c. Remove ten screws (2) securing two angles (3) to kinematic viscosity bath (1) and remove kinematic viscosity bath. d. Remove ten screws (4), washers (5), lockwashers (6), nuts (7), and two angles (3) from roadside countertop. Discard lockwashers. INSTALL Install Kinematic Viscosity Bath.  See Figure 4-37. a. Install two angles (3) to roadside countertop and secure with ten screws (4), washers (5), lockwashers (6), and nuts (7). WARNING Serious injury to personnel or damage to equipment may occur unless two or more personnel are used to install Kinematic Viscosity Bath because of weight. b. Install kinematic viscosity bath (1) onto roadside countertop and secure with ten screws (2). c. Plug kinematic viscosity bath (1) into wall receptacle. d. Verify kinematic viscosity bath operation.
