Pump does not operate automatically at the set pressure settings. 21 Water Heater a. Inspect for proper operation.   Water is not hot.         b. Inspect for leaks. Class III leaks detected. 22 a. Inspect mounting. Loose or missing mounting bolts. b. Inspect for leaks. Class III leaks detected.     Still c. Inspect for improper operation caused by scale or crud buildup. Still is inoperative. 23 Analytical Balance and Damping Support Inspect for damage. Missing screws.  Cracked or broken glass. 24 Low Pressure Steam Boiler Inspect for damage and leakage. Missing fasteners. Class III leaks detected. 25 a.    Inspect hoses and clamps. Missing clamps or hose damaged. Fume Hood and Gum Bath Exhaust Blowers b.   Inspect for proper operation.
