General Safety Instructions
WARNING
ELECTRICAL SHOCK
Before performing any maintenance actions on electrical equipment, ensure all
electrical power has been turned off. Failure to comply with this warning may
result in serious injury or death.
REMOVE
1.
Disassemble Main Power Panel Assembly. See Figure 4-8.
a.
Turn off all equipment.
b.
Open all circuit breakers located in main power panel.
c.
Shut down generator.
d.
Disconnect power input cable from Petroleum Laboratory.
e.
Remove six screws (1) and outside panelboard cover (2).
f.
Remove six screws (3) and circuit breaker cover (4).
2. Remove Main Circuit Breaker A1CB1.
a.
Loosen six terminal screws (5).
b.
Tag and disconnect all wires from main circuit breaker A1CB1 (6).
c.
Remove four screws (7) and withdraw main circuit breaker A1CB1 (6).
3. Remove 100A Circuit Breaker A1CB2.
a.
Loosen three terminal screws (8), then tag and disconnect all wires from circuit breaker A1CB2 (9).
b.
Remove three screws (10) and starwashers (11) and withdraw circuit breaker A1CB2 (9).
