Laboratory Reagent Dispenser (Figure 1-22). The Laboratory Reagent Dispenser is a precision dispenser for
almost all laboratory reagents, except HF. Very strong oxidizing acids, such as nitric acid and organic solvents at high
concentrations, may cause some warping of the fluorocarbon, which could adversely affect the performance of the
instrument. The fumes from organic solvents (such as toluene) may attack the magnifying indicator. Only glass and
fluorocarbons contact the reagents.
