1-5 PREPARATION FOR STORAGE OR SHIPMENT
a.
Turn machine off.
b.
Unplug machine, safely stow the power cord.
c.
Place machine in horizontal position.
d.
Insert pins to lock conveyor in down position.
e.
Clean entire exterior of machine.
Lift Procedure:
1.
Lock the conveyor in the down position with locking pins in two places.
2.
Attach slings to the four handles located 18" from each corner.
3.
Slowly start lifting the conveyor, if it does not lift in a level position, readjust the lift point.
Tiedown Procedure:
1.
Lock the conveyor in the down position with locking pins in two places.
2.
Lock the caster in four places.
3.
Attach tiedown straps to the four handles located 18" from each corner and tighten securely.
