21. Position tube cover panel (26) on front panel C (24). Align holes of tube cover panel (26) with

holes in front panel C (24) and install with three capscrews (25), lockwashers (7), and flat

washers (3). Do not fully tighten hardware.

22. Position front fender panel (27) on tube cover panel (26), and front panel C (24). Align holes of

front fender panel (27) with holes of tube cover panel (26), and install with two flat washers (3),

capscrew (9), and two self-locking nuts (2). Do not fully tighten hardware

23. Install front fender panel (27) on front panel C (24) with capscrew (25), lockwasher (7), and flat

washer (3). Do not fully tighten hardware.
