24. Remove lock handle (26), lock plate (27), and M977 front adapters (28).

25. Install two MUAs (19) removed from crosstube (16), with lock plate (27), and lock handle (26).

26. Install two M977 front adapters (28) on crosstube (16).

27. Install two end caps (22) on crosstube (16). Install two pins (21) and quick pins (20).
