25. Remove two 16 ft. (4.9 m) safety chains (23) from stowage.

CAUTION

Ensure safety chain is routed below CTI air line and below underride bar of disabled

vehicle or damage to equipment may result.

26. Route one end of 16 ft. (4.9 m) safety chain (23) over right lower control arm (24) of disabled vehicle, below

CTI air line (25) and underride (26) of disabled vehicle.

27. Hook safety chain (23) together under right lower control arm (24).

28. Repeat steps (26) and (27) for other side of disabled vehicle.
