WINDSHIELD BALLISTIC GLASS REPLACEMENT - CONTINUED

REMOVAL
1.
Remove two nuts (10), washers (11), and wiper arms (9) from front of vehicle.
2.
Remove 12 bolts (6), lockwashers (7), washers (8), and center bracket (5) from ballistic glass (12). Discard lockwashers.
WARNING
Use extreme caution when handling heavy parts. Provide adequate support and use assistance during proce-
dure. Failure to follow this warning may cause injury or death to personnel.
CAUTION
Use caution when handling ballistic glass. Protect surfaces when stored.
NOTE
Steps 3 and 4 are for right ballistic glass cover. Repeat steps 3 and 4 for left ballistic glass cover.
3.
With assistance, remove 14 bolts (2), lockwashers (3), washers (4), and right ballistic glass cover (1) from vehicle. Dis-
card lockwashers.
4.
With assistance, remove right ballistic glass (12) from vehicle.
