CLEANING AND INSPECTION
INSTALLATION
1.
Install 10 rollers (17), washers (16), and nuts (15) on supports (9 and 14).
WARNING
Use extreme caution when handling heavy parts. Provide adequate support and use assistance during proce-
dure. Failure to follow this warning may cause injury or death to personnel.
CAUTION
Use caution when handling ballistic glass.
2.
With assistance, install ballistic glass (10) in ballistic glass frame (4).
3.
Install two ballistic glass frames (22), 18 washers (21), bolts (20), washers (19), and new locknuts (18) on ballistic glass
(10).
WARNING
Use extreme caution when handling heavy parts. Provide adequate support and use assistance during proce-
dure. Failure to follow this warning may cause injury or death to personnel.
NOTE
Install bolts loosely to allow enough clearance to install ballistic glass and frame.
4.
With assistance, loosely install lower support (14), ballistic glass cover (8), four washers (13), new lockwashers (12),
and bolts (11) on door.
5.
With assistance, position ballistic glass (10) on lower support (14).
6.
With assistance, install upper support (9), four washers (7), new lockwashers (6), and bolts (5) on ballistic glass cover
(8).
7.
Tighten four bolts (11) on ballistic glass cover (8).
