Vehicle Model

1-36. SCOPE.

This manual is used for operation and operator-performed

maintenance of the M1142 Tactical Fire Fighting Truck (TFFT).

The TFFT is built on a Heavy Expanded Mobility Tactical Truck

(HEMTT) M977 Chassis. Refer to Volumes 1 and 2 of this manual

for a description of all other models of the M977 series vehicle.
