Install INITIAL SET-UP Tools Required General Mechanics Tool Kit, (Appendix B, Section III, Item 1) Materials/Parts Required Lockwashers, (12) General Safety Instructions WARNING ELECTRICAL SHOCK Before performing any  maintenance actions on electrical equipment, ensure  all electrical power has been turned off.  Failure to comply with this warning may result in serious injury or death. REMOVE Remove Cloud, Pour, and Freeze Point Test Bath.  See Figure 4-40. a. Unplug cloud, pour and freeze point test bath (1) power cord from wall receptacle. b. Loosen clamps and disconnect circulating hoses (2) from rear of cloud, pour and freeze point test bath (1). c. Open cabinet T to gain access to hardware. d. Remove six screws (3), washers (4), and lockwashers (5), and nuts (6) securing cloud, pour, and freeze point test bath (1) to curbside countertop.  Discard lockwashers. e. Remove six screws (7), lockwashers (8), and two angle brackets (9) from cloud, pour, and freeze point test bath (1). Discard lockwashers. INSTALL Install Cloud, Pour, and Freeze Point Test Bath (1).  See Figure 4-40. a. Install two angle brackets (9) to cloud, pour, and freeze point test bath (1) and secure each angle bracket with three screws (7), and lockwashers (8). b. Install cloud, pour, and freeze point test bath (1) to curbside countertop and secure with six screws (3), washers (4), lockwashers (5), and nuts (6). c. Install two circulating hoses (2) to rear of cloud, pour and freeze point test bath (1) and secure with clamps. d. Plug cloud, pour and freeze point test bath (1) power cord into wall receptacle.
