TM 10-6640-239-13 3-8 Table 3-2.  Troubleshooting - continued MALFUNCTION TEST OR INSPECTION CORRECTIVE ACTION 21. WATER PUMP CONTINUALLY CYCLES ON AND OFF. Step 1.    Check system access valves for partially open valve(s). Close all access valves. Step 2.    Check system piping for leaks. If leaks are found, notify unit maintenance. Step 3.    Check operation of water system pressure switch. a.    Adjust pressure switch.  Refer to TM 10-4320-321-13&P. b.    If pressure switch will not adjust properly, notify unit maintenance. 22. WATER CHILLER FAILS TO RUN. Check and reset POWER PANEL NO. 2 circuit breaker A15CB7. If chiller still fails to operate, notify unit maintenance. 23. WATER CHILLER RUNS BUT FAILS TO PRODUCE CHILLED WATER. Check and adjust thermostat. If chiller still fails to produce chilled water, notify unit maintenance. 24. WATER HEATER FAILS TO PRODUCE HOT WATER. Check and reset MAIN POWER PANEL circuit breaker A1CB17. If heater still fails to produce hot water, notify unit maintenance. 25. DRAIN TANK OVERFLOWS, SUMP PUMP DOES NOT OPERATE. Step1. Check and reset MAIN POWER PANEL circuit breaker A1CB14. Step 2.    Check to see that sump pump is plugged into convenience outlet. If sump pump still fails to operate, notify unit maintenance. 26. ELECTRIC STILL DOES NOT OPERATE. Step 1.    Check to see that the still is plugged into convenience outlet. Step 2.    Check and reset MAIN POWER PANEL circuit breaker A1CB16. If still remains inoperative, notify unit maintenance. 27. FUME HOOD EXHAUST BLOWER(S) FAIL TO OPERATE. Step 1.    Check operation of blower GFI switch(es). Reset GFI switch. Step 2.    Check exhaust door open. Step 3.    Check and reset POWER PANEL NO. 2 circuit breaker A15CB11.
