Install side panel (31) on semitrailer with four capscrews (9), four lockwashers (32), and four
flat washers (144). Torque capscrews to 30-35 lb-ft (41-48 Nm).
21.
Install vehicle identification panel (33), previously removed, on side panel (31) with four
capscrews (9), four lockwashers (32), and four flat washers (144). Torque capscrews
to 30-35 lb-ft (41-48 Nm).
