8. INSTALL ARMORED DOOR ASSEMBLIES

NOTE

There are two armored door assemblies. Both are installed the same way.

Position door assembly on door frame with the brackets underneath the windshield brackets

and the corner brackets.

Secure the front of the door assembly to cab with eight bolts (B1821BH038C150N), lock

washers (MS35338-46), and washers (MS27183-59).

Secure door assembly to the floor plate with four bolts (B1821BH050C150N), washers

(MS27183-17), and lock washers (MS35338-48).

Secure the rear of the door assembly to corner armor with eight bolts (B1821BH050C150N),

washers (MS27183-17), and lockwashers (MS35338-48).

Driver's Side Door Assembly only:

Secure drivers's side door assembly to quarter panel with two bolts (B1821BH050C150N),

washers (MS27183-17), and lockwashers (MS35338-48).

Position grab handles on windshield main frame and door assembly and secure with two

bolts (B1821BH050C150N), washers (MS27183-17), and lock washers (MS35338-48).
